Jeju

Hwarang Jeju is an organization composed by students from international school around the Global Education City, taking place in an unique environment of Jeju island. We proceeded activities that maximized the unique characteristics of the environment, including marine animal protection campaigns, supporting stray dogs, recycling plastic waste in the Shinchang beach, and giving aid to local seniors in center located at Dongwang.

For 'The Day of Jeju Indo Pacific Bottlenose Dolphin Supporters', we held an exhibition in the Jeju airport, increasing awareness about the eco person law on Jeju dolphins for the tourists that visited the airport for the weekend. Each of the members played a significant role in their own positions, increasing the efficiency of the volunteer activity as a group. Eventually, our sincerity was conveyed by the Jeju Governor, receiving a certificate of recognition.

As we move on, we will focus more on the connection between the international issues and our local community issues, giving resolutions and leaving our own legacy in the island. We will actively expand our activities, affecting the whole island in a positive way.
